All about XC

XC is a great sport. You get in really good shape. You run 2 mills in the meets. We practice every morning for athletics and we do all kinds of workouts.
Some days we do sprints and on others, we jog around the baseball fields. We also go to the track and do things there. I love to run so I like XC. It gets you conditioned for other sports. You should join XC and become apart of our team.
