On March 23rd, the Symphonic Band had a UIL contest, where they went above and beyond and pushed their skills. This paid off, where they got an excellent rating for their concert and a superior for their sight-reading performance. They were one judge away from a superior on both of their performances, thus almost having a perfect score. This is very difficult for a Varsity ensemble, so their performance was incredible. Please congratulate our band students for their performance, as they did a very good job.
